The SmokiesGuidebook.com began as way to promote the communities that surround the Great Smoky Mountain Park and invite the world to come visit our area. The website started with humble beginnings and has managed to thrive and outlast other online guides to the area. In the process we have bought former competitors who recognized that they did not have following we have achieved.
Today we merged all these websites and its readers into one website so that we can devote the most possible attention to the quality of the content. Aside from the SmokiesGuidebook.com website we maintain active profiles on several social networks to steer more tourist to the area.
In 2008 we have also launched a version of the website that is easier to read on a cell phone, iPhone or mobile device at smky.us. This is another way that we can assist visitors to our area once they get here and are out looking for things to see, shop, dine or do.
Advertising in the SmokiesGuidebook.com is the smartest way to promote your hotel, cabin rental, condo rental, restaurant, entertainment or shop. We have a limited number of advertising opportunities available to businesses in the Smoky Mountain region. With the SmokiesGuidebook.com being a family oriented service we reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that is found not be complimentary to this them.

Footer Advertising Zone:
468 x 60 Banner
The most visable spot is in the top right side of SmokiesGuidebook.com there is a 468 X 60 pixel area that runs through out the site. Advertising in this location is $200 USD per month which will be shared other advertisers rotating equally. This space is also available on an exclusive basis for $1,000 USD per month.
300 X 250 Top Sidebar Banner
The most clicked position on SmokiesGuidebook.com is the 300 X 250 pixel banner at the top of the sidebar on the right side of the site. This position and size is great for static or rich media like videos ads. This spot runs for $250 per month. It is a shared position that rotates with four other advertisements or can be purchased for as an exclusive position for $1,500 a month.

125 x 125 Banners
Side panel advertising will include no more than 12 individual banners at any one given time. Each 125 x 125 banner is available at a cost of $75 USD per month.
Directory Listing
You can advertise you business or service in the Directory section for $50 per year. This is an economical option for smaller businesses or professionals in the Smoky Mountain trade area. The list will have your business name, address, phone number, website, description and classification. To advertise in the SmokiesGuidebook.com business directory go the add page and fill out the information. Once the listing is approved you will receive an invoice via e-mail.
Paid Editorial Review Service:
Paid reviews are available to both sponsor and non sponsor clients and an ideal way for you to reach out to the Smokies Guidebook community. In order to promote your products and/or services you will receive a write up review of up to 400 words in length and include up to 2 links to your website and its relevant content.
